In the WTP Season 5 premiere, which aired Tuesday, September 5, viewers saw Nathan at the home he shares with Ethan and Olivia. Moriah Plath lived there previously, but as shown in the premiere, she walked out while Ethan and Olivia were in Europe. When Ethan got home, he and Nathan reconnected and bonded over their motorcycles. But fans didn’t see too much of him in the premiere. Since he’s living with Ethan and Olivia, fans assume they will see more of him soon.

Olivia and Nathan tragically lost one of their siblings in May. Their younger brother, Micah, was riding his bike and was hit by a car and passed away. He was just 15 years old.
This loss hit Olivia very hard, and she opened up about it on social media. It may come up in the current season if filming wasn’t wrapped up by then. Just a few months after Micah’s tragic death, Olivia and Nathan are back on TLC.

In Season 4, fans met Nathan and learned that he had graduated. He was 18 years old at the time and moved out of his parents’ home to live with Ethan and Olivia in Tampa. Fans enjoyed getting to know him and were glad to meet one of Olivia’s siblings.
However, living on his own led to him getting into legal trouble. Nathan had a DUI in March 2022. He then pled “not guilty.” Shortly after, he pled “no contest,” and his charges went from DUI to reckless driving.
It’s possible that fans will get to know Nathan better throughout this season of Welcome to Plathville. The Season 5 preview showed him getting a makeover from his sisters, Olivia Plath and Lydia Meggs.
